Participants must work the entire period noted at the top of this application with the Southern California Conference student program to receive a full scholarship. The student will be paid through the regular bi-weekly conference payroll. Any funds to be sent to the school for matching scholarship should be indicated on the Youth Rush payroll deduction form, and Scholarship moneys are only deducted from the payroll at the participant's request. PROGRAM ENTRANCE FEE Youth Rush participants must pay a $120 program entrance fee.
